My girlfriend hailed a cab infront of 32-16 Steinway street, Astoria Queens at about 140 AM on march 3rd, 2017. She was very intoxicated and had an altercation with the driver after he dropped her off at the address of 31-08 87th street East Elmhurst, Queens. I don’t know exactly what went on but as they were having a verbal dispute she left two voicemails on my phone; one at 1:27 AM and the other at 1:39 AM. Afterwards she was arrested and charged with theft of service. However she had her credit cards on her and had the funds to pay for it so I don’t know why that situation occured. Upon retrieving her items from 115 precinct, I noticed she was missing her black bubble jacket, her keys and her iPhone. The only information I have is the drivers name which is Anthony Tobia.
