He was wearing a blue shirt and was picked up at the Warwick Hotel on the 54th St. side around noon today (5/2) and was dropped off at 48th and 1st, but was heading to a restaurant called “Il Manilla.” He is a nice older man and would have been on a phone call during the ride.
