After paying driver with my credit card. I advised him that I would disembark from the cab via the street side because the seat was wet and I would go around to the sidewalk side of the cab to retrieve my bags.
Once I closed the door on the street side, he immediately drove off. I ran after the cab, yelling and tapping on the cab window and he accelerated
