The cab number is 9L96. I was his last drop that evening. He picked me up around 28th and 7th ave. Cab driver lives in Queens. I lost the ring in the cab. I have filed a complaint with Precinct 6. My complaint number is 2469. The driver was reached on Monday the 19th and he said he had nothing. I find that hard to believe. He had to have cleaned up the back of the cab before his next pick up because I left hangers and trash on the floor of the cab. A reward is being offered. I was only visiting NYC . I live in Oklahoma
