| Taxi Details | It was a yellow van taxi and I was picked up at 725 10th Avenue (Skyline Hotel). Ny destination was 115 West 31 st Street but because of traffic I was let out at the corner of 6th Avenue and 31st Street. The driver was a black man. The fare was $11.80 and I gave him a $1.00 dollar tip. |

| Additional Information | I did not get a receipt because the driver was letting me out in traffic and cars were blowing at him. When I got out of the taxi I realized that My IPad was still in the taxi. I ran after the taxi but it continued driving. I ran until at got to West 34th and 6th Avenue because I couycatch jimmy because all the lights were green. |
