I made a charge on my American Express: 3767 482781 11026 so maybe you can trace which car made that last purchase. I believe the man was Chinese or perhaps South East Asian
I was able to trace my phone through Find My Iphone and it’s currently in Staten Island on Park Hill Ave. Perhaps this is where the driver lives?
