I was picked up from the Kimpton Muse Hotel with my dog and was going to the Lexington. I got out of the cab and hadn’t paid, he drove off before he realized I didn’t pay. I was holding my dog and my phone must have fallen out without me realizing it. I ran after the cab and paid my $10 fare around the corner and he drove off.
