The fare was $11.80. I paid the driver in cash- didn’t ask for a receipt and don’t know any other details about the taxi.

Within 30 seconds I realised I left my bag, I ran to catch up with him but couldnt. I then hailed another cab and chased down Lexington Avenue from 76th Street to 42nd street but it was like finding a needle in a Haystack.
